Shipping and delivery

What are the shipping costs?

At MKR Trendmakers we want you to enjoy your purchase and forget about shipping costs. So, we offer free shipping on all orders.

 

When can I expect my order to ship?

We know that when you like something, you want to have it as soon as possible. We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible: within 24 hours of placing your order or the following business day.

 

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we will send email updates on your order’s status and shipping information.

When the order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from the carrier. This email will include information on how to track and locate your package when desired.

Which shipping company will handle and deliver my order?

For domestic shipments we rely on MRW to deliver your orders. For international destinations, Mail Boxes Etc. will be the carrier delivering orders to clients.

 

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery of the order?

Domestic Shipments (MRW): They will leave a notice of attempted delivery for you to contact them and arrange a new delivery or collection at an MRW point.

International shipments (MBE): In the case of not being at the time of delivery, the shipping company will make two more delivery attempts.

 

Which countries are orders shipped To?

We ship orders to all countries of the European Economic Area: Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, France, Ireland, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Estonia, Greece, Malta, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Cyprus, Slovenia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal and Romania.

How do I know the return has been processed?

Once our team receives your return and verifies that everything is correct, you will receive an email notifying you that your return has been processed. Your refund will be processed by our system automatically. The amount of time for refunds to appear in your account or on bank statements may vary based on the individual client’s bank.

 

Can I return any product?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

It is not necessary to create a user account when placing an order. However, if you register with an account you will be able to consult your purchase history, personal data and other functions that you will find useful.

 

How can I resolve my size doubts?

Can I cancel an order already placed?

If the order has not been shipped it can be canceled without a problem. To do this, please contact us as quickly as possible by emailing sales@trendmakers.top and providing us your order number.

MKR trendmakers’ online shop is hosted on a secure server, so client’s personal and payment data is encrypted and protected. We guarantee that shopping online with us is a safe experience

 

What happens in case of return?

To meet our commitment to quality, we review all returns we receive ensuring they meet our return conditions, available for review here. Once a return is approved, we will send you an email confirmation and will process a refund to the same means of payment with which the purchase was made.
